How To Get Fit and Ditch the Gut [literally] - Logan-Henry.com

How To Get Fit and Ditch the Gut [literally]

If there’s one common thing I hear from all
the guys I coach

It’s this:

“I don’t want to get big and bulky..just
toned, drop this gut and get a bit leaner..”

I get it, my man

The whole

“don’t get big and bulky thing”

It’s a common fear that most men have because
they don’t want to come across as some
grotesque bodybuilder…

Which is understandable…

Because let’s face it when you live life in
the fast lane

You need to use your body as a tool

Weaponizing it to be able to move throughout
everyday life with full POWER so you can
take on literally any obstacle that comes
your way

However, there are still a few out there who
are confused on exactly what I do

Let me be clear:

I help high performing busy guys take back
control of their bodies

And help them UNLEASH their healthy, fit,
leaner selves

Which in turn gives them the ability to
THRIVE across ALL areas of life at maximum
capacity

Because I’ll have you consider your body acts
as a catalyst to show up inside your
relationships, your career, and overall life
at the highest level

Sure, you might not be as vibrant as you once
were but regardless of where you’re currently
at right now

YOU have the potential to succeed and get the
results you want

I’m going to break down the phase of fat loss
for you so you can understand exactly what
goes when your body starts to go through some
changes..

and that you won’t end up anywhere near big
and bulky…

Just

Leaner

Healthier

Vibrant

Defined

&

So in shape…

your better half won’t be able
to keep her hands off of you..(true statement)

I come across this quite often being in the
realm amongst men wanting to get a

Firmer

Well defined

Lean

A Body that will last..

So I wanted to break this down for you, just
as I have with every guy I’ve coached …

All the coaching clients I work with our in
need of an optimal fat burning protocol…

Where their bodies are in a slight caloric
deficit

they have specific nutrition mapped out for
their body profiles (no cookie cutter BS)

and

they follow a program that will help
accelerate fat loss… (without spending
endless hours inside the gym)

Too many times I come across guys who have
tons of body fat yet they want to
automatically be lean like the guy on the
cover of a Men’s Health magazine…

Which is fine

Just not instantly in the beginning of the
transformation..

Is is possible to put on lean (not Bulky)
muscle during a fat loss phase…

Absolutely

Especially, if your body has never adapted to
the new stimulus that’s been placed upon
it…(LostFit Elite Training)

However is it OPTIMAL…

No

The 1st phase is specifically designed to
rapidly burn body fat and help you drop down
to a place where most of your guy friends
will be pissed because you’re known as the
‘fit one’ not the ‘fat one’

Once through this phase you will drop a
significant amount of body fat

Therefore, you will be able to stay lean all
year long

And might I add..

When you get your body to this state, you
will be able to indulge in a lot more in
those foods you love…

Just make sure to

1. You remain in a caloric deficit (don’t go
overboard with dropping calories)

2. You lift weights at least 2-3 times a week
and keep smart with cardio in the form of
intervals and sprinting

3. You’re hydrated—>at least 1 gallon of
water per day

4. You take an essential vitamin and greens
drink daily

5. You get plenty of sleep per night (try
magnesium powder if you have trouble
relaxing)

6. Strip away stress by meditating for at
least 5 minutes a day (no you don’t have to
sing kumbaya or do any weird hippy
chants..just give the head space app a shot
on your phone, it’s free and will walk you
through the essentials)
